Business4Women 2018 was held in Mariupol with the support of the EU and EBRD

Friends, like-minded people and people who believe that women in business it’s cool have met again!

It becomes a good tradition to gather in the fall in Mariupol on a business forum Business4Women, which is organized the second time by Kramatorsk Business Support Center, based on Donetsk CCI toghether with EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.

More than 100 participants gathered today for dialogue and exchange of experience, to learn more about the development of women's entrepreneurship and tools for promotion of their own business.
The moderator of the opening of the forum was the Vice-President of the Donetsk CCI – Olena Politik.
Participants and guests of the forum were welcomed by Deputy Head of the Mariupol city Council Ksenia Sukhova.
The adviser of the head of the Donetsk regional state administration Mykola Trofymenko wished to participants of the forum new ideas and promised that Donetsk RSA would continue to support similar arrangements.
"You have already achieved significant success and are constantly developing. We are confident that your success will go beyond the region and Ukraine, " welcoming the forum participants said Tymur Khalilov, analyst of the SME financing and development group of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
Larysa Samosionok, Director of the project office of the NGO "Interaction Plus", spoke about the role of mentoring in activating and ensuring business development, noting: "An experienced entrepreneur–mentor should share his energy with the menti (young entrepreneur)." Larisa also presented to the guests of the forum an entrepreneurs-heroines of the successful case of mentoring.
Oleg Kvasha, franchising consultant at Franchising Full Cycle (FFC), Manager of training programs in the FFC Business School project, spoke about franchising as a tool for the development of entrepreneurship, about mistakes that should be avoided.
Anton Voroniuk, Director of development of effective Internet marketing Agency "WebPromo", taught the participants of the forum to use marketing tools to promote their own business. He answered the questions of the forum participants and presented his book for the best question.
The highlight of the current forum Business4Women was the presentation of the book "Own business – own life", the publication of which has become possible due to the EU4Business initiative of the European Union.
Heroines of the book were the entrepreneurs of the Donetsk region, among which Hanna Petrichenko (TM "Anna Petric", Bakhmut), Natalia Rak (Creative Workshop "Prjianivil", Druzhkivka), Nina Radchenko (PE "Olexandrivskyi Garden", Sviatogirsk), Hanna Yashina ("Torcraft" Studio, Slavyansk), Olga Matsyuk (PPE, Myrnograd), Victoria Kisyl (mini-markets network "Victoria", Mariupol), Anastasia Shliakhova (project of harmonious development of a child "Aurinko", Kramatorsk), Yulia Melnichuk (author's Atelier "AtelU", Mariupol).
With great interest, the forum participants listened to inspiring stories about success of entrepreneurs, also they took memorable photos and autographs during the autograph session. In addition, all guests of the forum received copies of the book as a gift.
At the Business4Women forum, the winners of the Second regional competition of youth women's entrepreneurship "Why I choose my own business" initiated by Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry were awarded.

To participate in the competition were invited young women aged from 18 to 30 years, living in the Donetsk region and wishing to develop their business idea. This year 22 works were submitted to the contest.

Executive Director of the NGO "League of business and professional women" Julia Zaika moderated the discussion on the role of women in business and everyday life, on women's role models and success in business and family.
The participants of the discussion: The Deputy Head of Mariupol city Council Ksenia Sukhova, Dean of Philology and Mass Communications Faculty of MSU, Head of the Committee of women's entrepreneurship development in Donetsk CCI Svitlana Bezchotnikova, Director of the Institute of partnership and sustainable development Daria Mustafina, head of the NGO "Women's Council of the Donetsk region", the Head of the NGO "Mariupol youth Council" Tatiana Lomakina. It was interesting to hear the opinion of men – entrepreneurs Victor Nimanikhin and Stanislav Yashin have shared their experiences to have a businesswoman wife and told how relatives assess women's participation in business.
There was also a networking point, during which the forum participants had the opportunity to communicate with the speakers.
The first day of the forum Business4Women ended with lottery and participants received unique prizes.
